These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Pawspalooza ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking any service, add-on, or package, you agree to the following terms in full.
1. Eligibility
- All pets must be owned by the client or under the clientβs legal care.
- Pets must be current on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet exhibiting aggressive, destructive, or unsafe behavior.
2. Health & Safety
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioral issues.
- In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you and/or your listed emergency contact immediately.
- If urgent medical attention is needed, we reserve the right to transport your pet to a licensed veterinarian. You agree to assume financial responsibility for all veterinary expenses.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (up to 50% of service fee).
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) may result in full charges.
- In cases of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or refund your appointment at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal
- Add-ons or extras requested on the day of service may be billed separately.
5. Pet Transportation
- Pet transport is offered in secure, climate-controlled vehicles.
- By using our Pet Taxi or transport services, you grant permission for your dog to ride in our vehicles.
- You release us from liability for any unavoidable incidents occurring during transport, barring gross negligence.
6. Photos & Media Use
- With your permission, we may photograph or video your pet during services.
- These may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
- You can opt out at any time by submitting a written or digital request.
7. Liability & Waiver
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- You assume full responsibility for any damage or injury your dog causes to property, people, or other animals during the service.
- You release Fun Day with a Fur Friend, its employees, agents, and contractors from liability for injuries, loss, or death due to unforeseen incidents, natural causes, or behavior beyond our control.
- We are fully insured and will act with care and professionalism at all times.
8. Weather & Environmental Conditions
- For the safety of your dog, we may modify or shorten outdoor activities in cases of extreme heat, rain, wildfire smoke, or other hazards.
- Alternatives (indoor games, shaded walks, etc.) will be provided whenever possible.
9. Behavioral Incidents
- If a dog displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, we may end the session early and notify the owner.
- Repeat behavioral issues may result in termination of service eligibility.
10. Add-Ons & Custom Requests
- All add-ons (bath time, treats, playtime, etc.) must be requested in advance or added on the day (if available).
- Some add-ons (e.g., baths) are subject to space, time, and your dogβs temperament.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled through mediation or small claims court in the appropriate California jurisdiction.
